| Mr. Michael Burdelak Born in Washington D.C. (both parents were in the Air Force) Mr. B. was raised outside of Chicago (Go Bears!). He move to Florida about 20 years ago and attended Nova University to become a Special Education teacher. He has been teaching Special Education for almost 20 years. He has been a Golden Apple finalist, a Staffing Specialist, and a Special Olympics County Coordinator in Lee County. He was also the Director of Special Services for Charter Schools USA. He moved to Polk County 2 years ago and lives in Eagle Lake. For relaxation he enjoys gardening and is a member of Bok Tower Gardens. He also served active duty as a US Marine. |
